SBX Chain Box is a smart chain lubrication system that analyzes your motorcycle's movement, lean angle, temperature and humidity, road conditions and ride duration to apply oil to the chain in a controlled way.
Most automatic chain oilers are just a timer
They pump at fixed intervals — they don't care whether the motorcycle is stopped, whether the air is humid, or whether you're leaned into a corner. SBX Chain Box cares: the device reads the ride and sets the lubrication pattern accordingly.
The device reads the ride
Not separate sensors — one decision system. Motion, road and weather data are evaluated together.
Instead of a fixed mode, it evaluates motion, road conditions, temperature, humidity, lean angle and ride duration together to apply variable lubrication intervals.
When the lean angle passes 28 degrees, lubrication pauses; once the motorcycle returns to a safe angle, the system resumes right where it left off. The counter is never reset.
At traffic lights, idling, or brief stops, lubrication is put on hold. Once the motorcycle moves again, the system continues from where it stopped.
After every lubrication cycle, a controlled retraction balances the pressure in the hose, reducing the oil leakage that can occur after the motorcycle is turned off.
Controlled from your phone, no internet needed
SBX Chain Box creates its own local Wi-Fi network. When your phone connects to it, the control interface opens automatically in the browser. No internet, mobile data or external modem is needed. The interface works with both iPhone and Android.
